Hi love, I’m Rachel!
After 7 years working various jobs in the mental health field as a clinical therapist, I discovered the online coaching world. I made the bold choice to burn all of my papers I was going to submit to get my final clinical license, realizing the universe had redirected me onto a more aligned path. I have now been running my own business, Rachel Kelly Coaching, for almost 3 years helping humans from all walks of life heal their nervous systems, process childhood attachment wounds and relational trauma. I have done extensive nervous system healing on myself with my own coach which in combination with my clinical training in the therapy field has allowed me to further understand how to help others truly heal the root rather than just helping them cope.
My capricorn nature makes my passion for entrepreneurship and healing the perfect combination for my growing healing business. I am passionate about showing others that they can create a life beyond their wildest dreams and truly feel how they want to feel as I am living proof.
